Dublin is on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or Universal Time Co-ordinated, as in London, England. Without taking daylight-saving time changes into account, when its 12 noon in Dublin or London, it is 8pm in Singapore, 10pm in Sydney, 3am in Los Angeles and 7am in New York. Like the United Kingdom, clocks are advanced by an hour the middle of March and put back an hour at the end of October.
